How the test works
No sign-up needed. Pick a gender model, upload a photo, and your browser loads the AI model and works out the classification locally.

- A photo where the eyes, nose and mouth are clearly defined
- A photo with minimal filtering where the whole face is visible

- Photos where sunglasses or a mask cover the face
- Group photos with several people in frame
- Heavily retouched or noticeably blurred photos
How should you read the result?
An animal face result is not a judgement of how you look or a verdict on your personality. Angle, lighting and expression all shift the outcome, so treat it as a bit of fun and a conversation starter.
- The highest probability is the impression the model picked up most strongly in that particular photo.
- Looking at the second and third results too gives a better sense of a mixed impression.
- Running the test on several photos lets you compare how photo conditions change the outcome.

Before you take the animal face test
How many types does the animal face test classify?
Seventeen: puppy, cat, rabbit, deer, fennec fox, lion, tiger, squirrel, squirtle, snake, dinosaur, duck, bear, wolf, horse, monkey and mouse.
Is the animal face test free?
Yes. It is free to use with no account and no payment, and there is no limit on how many times you can take it.
Does the result tell me anything accurate about my personality?
No. Animal face types are a light-hearted pop-culture way of describing an impression. The result is not a measure of personality, ability or health.
Where is my photo stored?
It is not stored on a server. The model reads the image in your browser, works out the result, and shows it on screen only; closing the page discards it.
Why do different photos give different results?
Lighting, expression, face angle and resolution all change the features the model reads. A photo taken face on gives the steadiest result.
Is the site available in other languages?
Yes. Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese and Hindi are all supported, and you can switch using the language selector in the top menu.
Are there ads?
Yes. Google AdSense ads help fund the service. They are placed so they do not get in the way of the test, and you can turn off personalised advertising in your Google Ad Settings.
