Animal Face Test runs without accounts or logins. Since there are no user accounts, we do not host a support forum on the site — every enquiry comes to a single email address instead.
Checking the guidance below first will get you a faster reply. Bug reports in particular are much easier to reproduce when a few specific details are included.

What to include, by type of enquiry
Prefixing your subject line with a tag speeds up sorting. Example: [Bug] No result appears after taking a photo
Bugs and errors
The analysis stalls, the result screen is blank, or a button does nothing on a particular device. These four details are usually enough to reproduce the problem.
- Your device and browser (e.g. iPhone 15 / Safari, Galaxy S24 / Chrome)
- Where it stopped (gender selection, photo upload, analysis, result screen)
- Any error message shown on screen, copied exactly
- Whether it happened with file upload or camera capture
Questions about your results
Results change every time, probabilities stay low, or the same animal always comes first. Photo conditions explain most of these cases.
- Whether the photo was front-facing, and whether glasses or a mask were worn
- Indoor lighting or natural light
- The top three animal types and their probabilities
Privacy and image handling
Questions about where your photo is stored and how to request deletion. This service never sends images to a server — they are processed entirely inside your browser — but please ask if anything needs clarifying.

If a week passes with no reply, please check your spam folder first. Replies are sometimes filtered out.
